Gift Wrap
Most items can be gift wrapped and personalized for that very special person or occasion. Please select this option, when available, when you are selecting your items. Note: this service is not available for oversize items, or items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Product Availability
barking babies™ prides itself by carrying only the latest, trendiest fashions and accessories that are available only in limited quantities (no embarrassing situations at the dog park!). To avoid disappointment, if you see something you like, order soon before it is gone! Note: if you have placed an order with us and that item(s) is out of stock, we will contact you by email within 3 days to find out if you would like us to ship a partial shipment or wait until all items can be shipped together.
Sizing
Sizing is extremely important to us here at barking babies™. Your barking baby should be comfortable in anything you purchase for them from a collar to a tee or winter coat.
All of our products have their own manufacturer's size requirements. When selecting size, please make sure to refer to the sizing requirements we have outlined for you. You must measure your dog as weight and breed alone are not enough to determine what size is best for your dog because all barking babies™ are sized differently!

Log-in & Forgotten Password
Returning customer (if you've already created an account):
You can login at any time by selecting “login to my account” button located on all shop pages OR please do so once you are in the Checkout section of the site, type your Email Address and Password in the fields provided and click “sign in” button.
New customer:
To create an account with barking babies™ - please fill in the necessary fields in Checkout section OR by selecting “login to my account” button located on all shop pages. For future orders, login saves you time as all your shipping information is stored on file and does not have to be re-entered!
Forgotten password:
If you've forgotten your password, when logging into your account, please select “Password forgotten? Click here”, then type in your e-mail address, click continue", and we will e-mail to you a NEW password. Use this NEW password to login at any time and, we then recommend you change this password in My Account under the heading “Edit Account Details” to a password more memorable.
Return Policy
We offer exchange or online store credit with 30 days of receipt if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase! Please note we cannot honor exchanges or credit for any sales items, custom orders, carriers/blankets/beds, toys and treats.

Using your credit
If you have returned merchandise and have selected "credit my account" on the barking babies™ Return Form, we will issue you a "credit coupon" to be used within 1 year. This coupon will be redeemable once you login to your account.
Shipping Policy
barking babies™ ships worldwide.
We ship Canada Post within Canada & the US and UPS Internationally. Most orders arrive within 7-14 days from ordering receipt.

Canceling an Order
barking babies™ orders are processed within 3 days.
If your order has not entered the shipping process, and you would like to request that your order be cancelled, please email us immediately at orders@barkingbabies.com
with your Name and Order Number OR call us at 1-604-647-BARK (2275).
Please note that customs orders or orders shipped by manufacturer cannot be cancelled.
Sales Tax
All Canadian customers are required to pay 5% GST.
All BC residents are required to pay 5% GST and 7% PST.
US & International orders do not pay any sales tax.

barking babies™ is a retailer of fine dog products. We offer wholesale to only barking babies™ branded products. Please contact us info@barkingbabies.com for more information.
